I started New Motion IT because I wanted to have more direct impact on the brands I work with and on the outcomes they actually see. The way I think about it is simple. The only way to get paid more is to produce more. So I got really good at producing.

That meant learning how to build revenue, not just build things. Product pages that convert, affiliate funnels and automations, email marketing campaigns, finding and iterating on creatives that work. I learned development and then I learned everything around development that actually moves the number. Most developers stop at the code. I kept going.

I studied linguistics and was an English major before I got into tech. I started working with brands that were training and programming voice tools like Alexa and that pulled me into development and automation. Six years and over 50 Shopify stores later, the through line across all of it has been the same. The product is almost never the problem. The systems built around it are.

02Who we work with

The brands I work best with are doing somewhere between $10k and $40k a month. That is not an arbitrary range. That is where my skill set has the most impact and where it is genuinely the most valuable.

There are not many people operating at this level for this price point who can cover the full scope of what it takes to get a brand to $100k a month. Not just development. Not just email. Not just ads. All of it together as one connected system. That is what New Motion IT is built to do.

At some point brands will outgrow this and will need more specialized help to become eight figure operations. I am upfront about that. But from $10k to $100k, what I offer through New Motion IT is a one stop shop. It typically takes a full team or the owner's own time to cover everything I bring to one engagement. That is the gap we fill.

The brands that get the most out of working with us are the ones that have a real product, real customers, and know things could be performing better. They just have not had the right person to build and run all of it at once.

We come in and look at the full picture first. Where the funnel is leaking, what the conversion rate is doing and why, what retention looks like, what compounding channels are missing. From there we build what needs to be built and fix what needs to be fixed.

Building and managing Klaviyo flows that bring customers back. Post-purchase sequences, re-engagement campaigns, and the retention systems that make the economics of paid acquisition actually work.

Affiliate and influencer systems

Building the intake, onboarding, and management pipeline behind a working affiliate program. Automated contract signing, Social Snowball setup, and activation flows that get affiliates producing without manual work from the brand.

UGC systems

Setting up the post-purchase flows that generate a consistent pipeline of real customer content for ad creative and product page social proof.

Automation and tech infrastructure
